Welcome to Ex-pressed Steel Panels

Ex-Pressed Steel Panels specialise in the manufacture of a wide range of discontinued and unobtainable classic car panels produced from the 1950s onward.

Using our unique manufacturing process, we are able to produce high quality, made-to-order classic car bodywork that will ensure your vehicle looks as good as the day it left the showroom.

With over 50 years’ experience and a background in car restoration, we know what you require; replacement panels that are hand-finished to an exceptional standard.

We manufacture in the UK and have a wide range of panels which we ship around the world.

Panels

Our experienced and skilled engineers ensure that each panel is made to the exact specification required for the make and model of your vehicle. It is, therefore, extremely important that you supply all relevant information about the vehicle for which you require a replacement panel. In an effort to help you, we use as many images as we can to help explain which panels are relevant to which make and model.

If you are unsure of exactly what panel you are looking for, please email us and we will do our best to help you find the exact replacement part that you require; click here to send us an email.

Models

Whilst it is hard to supply an exhaustive list of all the models of car for which we manufacture replacement panels, in general we can produce them for the manufacturers that are listed here.

Other manufacturers

If you require a replacement part for a vehicle from a manufacturer other than those shown on the list above, please simply complete our enquiry form, giving as much detail as you can about your requirements, and we will do all we can to help.

Shipping

We can ship our panels to most areas of the world, but can’t at the outset give an exact cost for carriage on every enquiry. What we will do once we have your request is calculate the likely size and weight of the finished packaging and we can then advise on the likely cost of carriage to your preferred delivery address.

Payment

Our standard method of accepting payment is via bank transfer and we will agree with you the appropriate time for payment to be completed.
